Iyengar Yoga is very prop friendly! We anticipate sales of props, as well as yoga clothes and accessories, and attractive street wear and jewelry will do quite well. The marketplace is located in a bright, beautiful space with easy access and signage.

To ensure the convention is produced as environmentally responsibly as possible, we ask that vendors try to adhere to the following:
Vendors may stay at Boca Raton Resort and Club at the discounted price for the convention. Call 561-447-3000 for reservations and refer to Iyengar Yoga Convention 2016, for room rates and parking in Boca Raton Resort and Club guest parking areas. The cutoff date for special room rate is May 4, 2016.
The Florida Department of Revenue requires any seller of products in the State of Florida from out of state to apply for a Permit to sell and to pay sales taxes. Each vendor will bear sole responsibility for payment of Florida Sales Tax on any sales made during the Convention.
Hotel will accept shipments no earlier than five days prior to the arrival day of the Convention. Please address all shipments to:

Assignment is on a first come, first served basis. The Marketplace Convention Committee reserves the right to decline your application; we want a balanced Marketplace. We have 12 booths available.
A $200 payment made by 11/1/2015 will hold your reservation. If your application is accepted, your final balance is due by 2/1/2016. No refunds after 2/1/2016. Priority locations will be assigned based on level of sponsorship, date of application, and payment in full. Final balance can be paid online.
